Group Membership - vehicles can now be hired again.  We  are following Government Guidelines and ensuring extra cleaning is carried out and staff are trained and following all the 'new normal' rules while in the offices or while driving. 

Self Drive - you are responsible for making sure you are following all the Government Guidelines such as wearing of masks unless exempt (drivers can remove masks while driving but must wear them when assisting passengers on and off the bus), social distancing of 2m if possible or if not, you must keep to the 1m+ rule, ventilating the bus by opening windows, asking passengers to sanitise their hands before and during journeys, limiting all pyhsical contact unless assisting a passenger with a disability and of course making sure each passenger is refused transport if they have any COVID-19 symptoms - please ask them before they get on the bus.  If they feel unwell at allit may be wise to ask them not to travel even if they are not COVID-19 related symptoms.

If you are a non-profit, community, voluntary or statutory group then you can access our transport by taking out annual membership with us. Please complete the Membership Form and return to us at the address below.

There is an annual Membership Fee of £12.00 which is renewal in January each year. No fee will be charged in 2021 but a membership form must be completed.

If you need a written quote for funding bids then just contact the office and this can be arranged.  We charge for the hire period and mileage but if you need a fixed cost then just let us know.

Invoices are issued at the end of each month unless you require it earlier.
